What is the Ergobaby 10-year 'ErgoPromise' Guarantee?
We stand by our products so you can carry your precious cargo with confidence. If you find a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace your carrier or part at no charge for up to 10 years.
Do I need an infant insert for my carrier?
It depends on the model. The Omni 360 and Adapt carriers are designed to be used from newborn to toddler without an insert. The Original carrier requires an Easy Snug Infant Insert for babies under 12 lbs.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
Are Ergobaby carriers machine washable?
Yes, all our carriers are machine washable. We recommend using a mild detergent on a gentle cycle and air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and buckles.
